Thursday, February 20th, 2003What have I been doing for the last few days?
There is/was a lovely flu going around work so I had to go in on my day off. I am hoping that since it struck during my days off that I magically missed it. The last thing I want is the flu. It’s been one of those crazy weeks at work whether due to the flu or just being old.
I did receive a phone call from a childhood friend the other night which was lovely. I had been to her baby shower over two years ago but being me I never keep in contact. Like I told my mother if they want to talk to me so badly get them to call me and we’ll go from there. Telling me to call them isn’t going to go anywhere ‘ because I am not going to call them. It’s just the way I am.
It’s been another somewhat good week, things haven’t really changed since last week but they seem to be getting better slowly.
Oh a side note. I am not impressed Charlie didn’t win the Bachelorette
